Health Effects of Smoking
Before You Quit:
- Decide positively that you want to quit. List all the reasons you want to quit.
- Develop strong personal reasons to quit smoking.
- Begin to condition yourselphysically. Start a modest exersize program, drink more fluids and get plenty of rest.
- Set a target date for quiting. Make the date sacred-don't let anything change it.
- Ask a friend or your spouse to quit with you. Tell your family and friends that you are quitting.
- Throw out all smoking paraphernalia; ashtrays, lighters, Things You Use As An Ashtry, etc.
- Clean out your car and house to pristine condition. So clean, you could never allow them to return to their dingy, smoked-in condition.
Hypnosis/Addiction Hypnosis
Total session time is an hour and a half, 30 minutes of which is the actual hypnosis. It is recorded on CD for you to reinforce the hypnosis at night at home. Also included is a Stop Smoking Subliminal recording for you to listen to during your waking moments. It is designed to suppress any desire to smoke and/or use drugs/alcohol.
